Shoot2Kill operates on a limited drop and pre-order model. This means some items are produced after purchase to maintain quality, reduce waste, and preserve exclusivity.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Processing & Production Times

Many Shoot2Kill items are released as pre-orders and require production before dispatch.

Please allow:

  • up to 2–4 weeks for production

  • additional time for dispatch and delivery

Orders may ship sooner, but timelines can vary depending on demand and production schedules.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia:
3–8 business days

International:
7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note: these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed dates.

Multiple Shipments

Shoot2Kill products are fulfilled through different specialist production partners depending on the item type.

Because of this, orders containing different product categories (for example hoodies, tees, and bikinis) may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.

This allows each item to be produced and delivered as efficiently as possible.

There are no additional shipping costs for split shipments — free shipping still applies to your entire order.

Orders containing only one product category will typically arrive in a single shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delays

Shoot2Kill is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal carriers

  • customs processing

  • incorrect shipping details

  • weather or external disruptions

We will always do our best to keep customers informed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

Shoot2Kill is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Shoot2Kill is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
