Shoot2Kill releases are produced in limited runs and are not restocked once sold out.
Because of this, we offer exchanges and store credit only for change-of-mind purchases.
We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind

delayed delivery once dispatched

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Bikinis & Intimate Items
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and intimate garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:

item must be unworn

original tags must still be attached

no marks, scents, or damage

request submitted within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed due to limited production runs and fast processing times.

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
